    Quality Statements

    • We will only submit CVs to company provided that the following criteria have been met or exceeded:
    • The candidates who has been spoken to about the company and position and has agreed to be submitted.
    • CVs of candidates who have not been met or telephone interviewed by a Wozani Recruitment Agency representative will generally not be circulated to any client until an interview has taken place.

    Specific Requirement:

    We take full details of a specific vacancy along with relevant information on your company and its project. After extensive web based advertising and database interrogation we will submit suitable CVs to you for your perusal hopefully leading to interviews and a placement.

    Search & Selection:

    Similar to a normal assignment as above but with a greater sense of urgency.

    Temporary Assignments

    • The agreed fee is based on the skills and experience of the contractor as required for the position
    • Fees are payable within 7(seven) days of the invoice.
    • Should the client engage a contract/temp on a permanent basis it will:
    • Notify wazani Recruitment on the conversion of contract to permanent.
    • Duly fulfil payment obligation in terms of permanent placement fees schedule.
    • Should a client, associate, division or subsidiary, employ a person introduced by Wozani Recruitment within one year of introducing that person to the client, or on completion of a contract, the agreed temporary or permanent fee shall be due.
